Canadian professional wrestler and athlete who is known by his ring names Biff Wellington and Beef Wellington. He is also known for his wrestling in Stampede Wrestling, for wrestling in Canadian-focused wrestling events, and for his wrestling career in Japan.
Before Fame
He initially trained with Hito and Hiroshi Hase. He made his wrestling debut in the year 1986.
Trivia
He made an appearance in World Championship Wrestling in the year 1990. He worked briefly for Extreme Championship Wrestling. In his prime, he stood 6' tall and weighed close to 230 pounds. He suffered from back problems and from several strokes later in his life.
Family Life
He was born Shayne Alexander Bower. He was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. He has a daughter named Alexandra Shayne Bower. His daughter trained to become a wrestler to follow in his footsteps. He died on June 24th, 2007 from a heart attack.
