Puerto Rican actor, entertainer, performer, and artist who achieved fame through his portrayal of the character Cesar in the television series known as Orange Is the New Black. He has also made appearances in several other television programs such as NCIS: New Orleans, Chicago P.D., and Blue Bloods.
Before Fame
He played football for Fordham University, but he decided to pursue acting after sustaining a knee injury.
