Fitness enthusiast, social media personality, and champion of Australian Ninja Warrior 2020 whose adventurous spirit and willingness to take on one-of-a-kind challenges has helped him attract a following of 500,000 subscribers to his self-titled YouTube channel. His videos have featured a variety of distinctively quirky, self-imposed obstacles such as learning to ride a unicycle in just 1 week, popping the world's largest balloon, or splitting an apple with his bare hands, to name a few. He has also shared videos offering unique and often unconventional fitness insights and advice.

Before Fame

He first stepped into the limelight in 2020, when he earned the prestigious distinction of winning the reality competition show Australian Ninja Warrior. His preparation and training for the show provided him with tremendous insight about motivation and overall fitness. He began pursuing a career in content creation after having decided to share this breadth of knowledge, as well as his talent for videography and unique sense of humor, with other individuals who aspired to advance their physical and mental health.

Trivia

In November of 2016, he released a musical single titled "Echo" with Bahar Dopran, which went on to receive millions of plays on major digital platforms. He also released remixes of the songs "Pick Me Up" by TeZATalks in 2017 and "Bite My Tongue" by Tbomb in the year 2023. 

Family Life

His real name is Ben Polson. He was previously in a 5-year relationship with gymnast and fellow Australian Ninja Warrior competitor Olivia Vivian beginning in 2017. After their split in 2023, he began dating nurse and CrossFit competitor Kate Boyd.

On October 3rd, 2022, he shared a video documenting his undertaking of a challenge in which he trained like tennis pro Roger Federer for 30 days. He also spent 30 days training like Logan Paul and vied up against professional rock climber Magnus Midtbo for a fitness challenge video.
