About
Multi record-breaking Hungarian composer and pianist whose extensive discography includes albums such as "Confessions on Piano," "Days and Nights," and "Metamorphosis." He co-founded the band The Unbending Trees as well as the project Drum&Piano. He also co-created the Havasi Symphonic Production, the production of which went on to earn 11 platinum records and the Association of Hungarian Record Companies title of Domestic Contemporary Classical Music Album of the Year. He has performed at notable venues around the world, including the Shanghai World Expo Center, the Sydney Opera House, and the Royal Albert Hall in London.
Before Fame
He began studying piano at the age of four and started teaching at the Weiner Leó Conservatory when he was only 21 years old. He attended the Franz Liszt Academy of Music, during which time he earned the 1st prize in the Yamaha Foundation of Europe's piano competition.
Trivia
In the year 2009, he earned the Guiness World Record for the Fastest Pianist in the World after he struck the same piano key 498 times in just one minute. His high-definition camera-certified record was achieved during his debut performance of the Havasi Symphonic Production, at the Grand Hall of the Hungarian Academy of Music.
Family Life
He and his wife Viktória Makláry have one son together named Eliot. In 2010, he introduced a comprehensive cultural initiative to establish relations between China and Europe, which he expressed was also a tribute to his grandparents.
