South Korean singer and songwriter best recognized as a member of the K-pop duo 15& alongside Park Ji-min. The pair released their debut album Sugar in 2014 and have since claimed several top ten singles including "Can't Hide It" and "Love is Madness."

Before Fame

She made one of her earliest appearances in 2007 singing on the SBS reality show Amazing Contest Star King. She then went on to audition for JYP Entertainment and spent the next five years training with them.

Trivia

In November 2015, she embarked on her solo career, releasing the debut album Frank following by the 2016 EP Bye Bye My Blue.

Family Life

Born in Daejeon, she grew up in South Korea, but lived many training years in New York City where her family settled.

In 2014 and 2016 she released the collaborative singles "It's Only You" and "Chocolate" with rapper Taecyeon.
