About
Track cyclist who became the first Malaysian cyclist to medal at the UCI Track Cycling World Championships and at the Summer Olympics. He is also a multiple-time gold medalist at the Asian Games and the Asian Cycling Championships.
Before Fame
He began cycling at age 10 and attended National Sport School in Bukit Jalil, Malaysia.

He has been nicknamed "The Pocket Rocketman" due to his small stature.
Family Life
He is the eighth of nine children. He married Athiah Ilyana bt Abd Samat in 2010.
