Actress most widely recognized for starring as Britt in the 2023 Netflix original comedy/drama series Glamorous, with Kim Cattrall and Miss Benny. She had previously risen to the limelight as Bernie in the multi Emmy Award-nominated biographical music series Daisy Jones & The Six. She has also guest starred on series such as Good Girls, The L Word: Generation Q, Abbott Elementary, and This Is Us.

Before Fame

Before launching her successful acting career, she was the owner and operator of a lucrative barbershop in West Hollywood. She cut hair alongside the top-of-the-line female barbers she employed for over 6 years until an accident caused the shop to tragically be destroyed. She decided to take a stab at performing after the COVID-19 pandemic. She made her debut on the series Two Sentence Horror Stories.

Trivia

She made her feature film debut in Tell It Like a Woman - a unique anthology of 7 stories which were each crafted by a different female director from different areas around the world. The story in which she starred was directed by Taraji P. Henson and co-starred renowned singer and Academy Award-winning actress Jennifer Hudson.

Family Life

In October of 2022, she and her partner Rejena celebrated their eight-year anniversary.
