Olympic gold medalist that has represented Team USA in the women's 4×400m relay and 800m events during the 2020 Summer Olympics. At just 19 years old at the time, she became the youngest gold medal Olympian in US history to achieve this feat. She also won gold at the 2022 World Athletics Championships.
Before Fame
She first began running track at the age of six. Many years later, she would eventually earn a track scholarship to Texas A&M University.
Trivia
After winning gold at the 2022 World Athletics Championships, she became the first American woman to win the 800m world title. She also recorded a three-year straight outdoor track meet winning streak during that time as well.

Growing up, she lived with her parents and six siblings in Trenton, New Jersey. She was born of South Sudanese descent.
