Before Fame
He aspired to become an actor from a young age and began taking his first acting classes at Biscayan School. He moved to Madrid when he was 20 years old to continue taking acting classes. He made his television debut as a part of the game show entitled Uno Para Todas. He then made an appearance during the first season of Un Paso Adelante. He also worked in theater during this time, and he became the Master of Ceremonies for the musical play entitled Cabaret.

He once worked as a sex shop assistant. He is openly gay but rarely plays gay characters because he does not want to be typecast.
