Television personality and actress, and reality TV star noted for having become the first female wild card contestant to win the Tamil-language version of the competition series Bigg Boss, when she was declared champion of the show's 7th season. She has starred on a variety of television series, such as Comedy Raja Kalakkal Rani, Indira, and Thaenmozhi B.A. She also appeared in the film Demonte Colony 2 and in the role of Maathi on the web series Aval Ennaval in 2023. In the year 2024, she also released a song called "Toxic Kadhal" with Arun Raj.

Before Fame

She made her television debut as a video jockey on the Sun TV network. Shortly thereafter, she premiered as an actress on the television series Raja Rani 2, where she played the role of Archana.

Trivia

In November 2022, she graduated from the Anna University's Agni College of Technology in Chennai, India. She earned a degree in electronics and communication engineering. Outside of television and film, she has also appeared in music videos for songs like "Imaigalo" by Anivee and "Dhamma Thundu Kaadhal" by Dharan Kumar.

Family Life

Although she originally went by the stage name VJ Archana at the start of her career, she officially changed to her birth name Archana Ravichandran in 2023.
