Retired small forward that played professionally in the NBA from 1994 until 2000. During his NBA career, he played for the Phoenix Suns, Cleveland Cavaliers, Miami Heat, Toronto Raptors, and the Philadelphia 76ers. He then began playing in the Philippines, Japan, and Brazil before officially retiring in 2006 to become a coach.

He is a collegiate graduate of Duke University. While at Duke, he won two national championships.
Trivia
He received his first two coaching jobs while in Japan with the Mitsubishi Diamond Dolphins. He was later offered his first NBA coaching job with the Utah Jazz in 2014.
