Irish chef, restaurant owner, and TV personality whose focus is on Irish fine dining, specifically reimagining traditional recipes. Her haughser Instagram page features her culinary creations, in addition to photos of her and her fellow kitchen teammates. She has worked in a variety of restaurants in both Dublin and London. She has been a chef and guest judge on many food-related television programs. 

Before Fame

Her interest in food began at a young age, as she grew up in a family that valued cooking. She graduated from Presentation Secondary School in Terenure. She then trained at the TU Dublin School of Culinary Arts and Food Technology. 

Trivia

She was the first head chef of Gordon Ramsay's London House restaurant. She opened her own restaurant in May 2019. The restaurant is called Myrtle and is located in Chelsea, London. She has appeared on culinary television programs, such as Royal Recipes, Ready Steady Cook, and Saturday Kitchen. 

Family Life

She was born in Dublin and raised in Tallaght. She was taught to cook by her mother. She was previously married and then divorced. In 2021, she had a son with her husband Richard Elwell. Her husband is a co-owner of the restaurant Myrtle, making the couple business partners.
