Angel Zerpa

Southpaw pitcher that was first signed by the Kansas City Royals as an international prospect in 2016. A few years later, he was named one of the Royals' top 100 MLB prospects following the 2022 minor league season. He posts family and baseball content on his popular angel.zerpa29 Instagram page. 

Before Fame

He originally began his professional career playing for the AZL Royals. He was only a teenager at the time of his debut. 

Trivia

He made his official major league debut pitching against the Cleveland Guardians on September 30, 2021. He pitched five scoreless innings and recorded four strikeouts in his debut. 

Family Life

Growing up, he lived with his family in Valle de la Pascua, Venezuela. He now lives with his wife, Leorysmar Solorzano, and their daughter.
