Before Fame
Growing up, he was the smallest student in his class, and he was the subject of constant bullying from his classmates. He decided to pursue boxing; however, because of the financial problems his family faced, he was unable to continue. In the year 2012, a friend brought him to a sports park and introduced him to calisthenics and street workouts, which inspired him to train further in the discipline.
Trivia
In February of 2023, he beat the world record for the heaviest handstand push-up with a weight of 60kg. He is also the founder of the Andry Strong Academy app, which provides follow-along routine videos as well as unique workouts for students to learn basic strength and intermediate skills, as well as abilities like the planche, front lever, and muscle-up.

He grew up in a small village in Ukraine and has shared that his family suffered from poverty throughout his youth.
