She has also developed recipes for market-leading clients in the food industry including Barilla, McCormick, and Nellie's Free-Range Eggs.

Prior to becoming a content creator and founder of Yummy Toddler Food, she worked as the lifestyle director of Family Fun Magazine. She has also worked as a food editor for Better Homes and Gardens and as the deputy editor for Ready Made Magazine. She was raised in a small town in the southern part of New Jersey before she relocated to New York City during her magazine career and later to Des Moines, IA in 2009. She is the mother of 3 children.
