She has also made guest appearances on series including How I Met Your Mother, Shameless, Criminal Minds, and Reno 911!.  

Before Fame

She was certain of her dreams to become a performer from the time she was four years old. She performed in numerous stage productions throughout her youth and went on to graduate from the School for Creative and Performing Arts, where she double majored in both drama and creative writing. She made her debut screen appearance in the 2000 Academy Award-winning film Traffic.

She has studied improv at the Groundlings School in Los Angeles, which is famous for producing graduates such as Melissa McCarthy, Conan O'Brien, and Maya Rudolph. She has also appeared in music videos for artists such as Christina Aguilera, Lil Kim, Kanye West, and Syleena Johnson.
