Before Fame
He began touring with the Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band in 1973. He made his debut during the tour supporting the release of the album Back in '72.
Trivia
He was inducted into the Canadian Blues Hall of Fame in May 2012. He performed with The Ventures at their 2008 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction.
Family Life
He is survived by his daughters Victoria and Chelsea.
