Allysha Lyn Chapman

About

Professional center-back that was first signed by the Toronto Lady Lynx of the USL Women's League in 2006. She was later signed by the National Women's Soccer League team the Houston Dash in May 2018. She has also played for the Canadian women's national team during her professional career. 

Before Fame

She initially began her collegiate soccer career at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She then transferred to Louisiana State University in 2009. Throughout her college career, she appeared in more than 80 matches. 

Trivia

During her international career, she has played in the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup, 2016 Summer Olympics, 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup and the 2020 Summer Olympics. In fact, she actually won a gold medal with Team Canada during the 2020 Summer Olympics. She uses her allyshachapman Instagram page as a platform to post some snapshots from her playing career.

Family Life

Growing up, she lived with her family in the Oshawa, Canada area. She now lives in the Houston, Texas area along with her pet dog.
