Actress and singer noted for her original songs like "Movies," "Boring," and "Wasted on You." She famously originated the role of Heather Duke in the Off-Broadway production of Heathers: The Musical, based off of the 1988 cult comedy/thriller film. She also starred as Emily Kang on the NBC musical comedy-drama series Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist and provided the voice of Lois Lane in the animated television series My Adventures with Superman.

Before Fame

She graduated from Glenbrook South High School, in her hometown near Chicago, IL. She made her professional television acting debut portraying the role of Mackenzie Wong on a 2009 episode of the long-running soap opera As the World Turns. It would be 4 years before she returned to the small screen, making her next television appearance as Emily on a 2013 episode of the comedy series It Could Be Worse.

Trivia

She earned her first behind-the-scenes credit in 2023, when she was named a co-producer on the comedy thriller film Samson, in which she also starred. Some of her other feature film credits have included All That We Love, Broken Soldier, and Sierra Burgess Is a Loser.
