Professional soccer player known as a member of the UAE Pro League club Al Jazira. He also played on the United Arab Emirates national team. He played positions including striker and winger. In March 2023, he was withdrawn from the UAE squad for upcoming friendlies against Tajikistan and Thailand because of fitness concerns.

Before Fame

He made his AFC Champions League debut against Al Ittihad in April 2009, after coming on as a substitute.

Trivia

In the quarter-final of the 2015 AFC Asian Cup, he scored the opening goal of a 1-1 draw with Japan at Stadium Australia in Sydney. In October 2019, he scored a hat-trick against Indonesia in a 5-0 win. He became UAE's all-time leading goal scorer.
