About
Accomplished right-back who served as captain of the Lebanese Premier League's Nejmeh Sporting Club. He joined Nejmeh in 2008, winning the league twice during his first 6 years on the roster before being transferred to Zob Ahan Esfahan in 2014. He remained with Zob Ahan for 4 years, earning 2 consecutive Hazfi Cups and an Iranian Super Cup for the team, until his return to Nejmeh in 2018, where he helped them win the Lebanese Elite Club that same year. He announced his retirement from international soccer in 2019.
Before Fame
He launched his career at the Lebanese Third Division club Taqadom Anquon before moving on to Ahli Saida in 2006. During his time with Ahli Saida, he helped the club earn its promotion to the Lebanese Premier League. He made his international career debut in 2009, and continued to represent the Lebanon national team for over a decade.
Trivia
In addition to his numerous championship victories with both Nejmeh and Zob Ahan, he was also voted best right-back of the 2016 AFC Champions League and named to the IFFHS All-Time Lebanon Men's Dream Team, among many other accolades.
