Before Fame
He attended the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and struggled academically. Taking a break from his studies, his father and he traveled on vacation to New York City where they took-in a David Mamet play performed on Broadway. This inspired Alfredo to change his major to theater; after which he began to succeed through his matriculation and began his career at the NYC based famous theater The Flea.

Sometime around 2019 he began to seek voice work and has won awards for acting on a few serial, narrative podcasts. He is also the voice of video game character Alberto Fussar in fan-favorite Red Dead Redemption 2.

However, on January 8, 2019 his wife, fellow actor and screenwriter, Elizabeth Narciso announced the return from their honeymoon following a small, cozy ceremony held at a NYC courthouse with an extremely limited guest list of attendees.
