Before Fame

After completing her English studies at Leeds University, she went on to the prestigious London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts (LAMDA) to obtain her acting degree. She made her screen acting debut in episodes of Foyle's War and Midsomer Murders before earning her first lead role as Tamsin in the television adventure mini-series Tripping Over in 2006.
