Before Fame

Prior to the 2018 launch of her highly successful, self-titled YouTube channel, she served as the Home Editor for the seminal women's' lifestyle magazine Chatelaine in Canada. It was there that she began her rise to internet stardom, as the star of Chatelaine's YouTube series, The Home Primp.

Trivia

She previously hosted and produced the Shopify Studios YouTube series "Make My Space Work." She was also a host of the HGTV digital series Buy or DIY. In April of 2023, her highly lauded book Own Your Space: Attainable Room-by-Room Decorating Tips for Renters and Homeowners was published by Harper Collins.

Family Life

On the date of January 22, 2022, she posted a Couples Q&A video on her YouTube channel with her boyfriend Noah. Although they stated they preferred to keep the story of how they met to themselves, she did share that they began dating during the COVID-19 pandemic. She also has a cat named Lottie.
