Right-handed reliever that was drafted by the Kansas City Royals during the second round of the 2019 Major League Draft. Prior to being drafted, he attended Arizona State University where he played college baseball for three seasons. Following his junior year, he was named a member of the first team All-PAC 12 in 2019. 

Before Fame

He initially began his professional career playing for the Idaho Falls Chukars. He was later sent to the Lexington Legends. 

Trivia

He pitched a career-high 124.1 innings and recorded 156 strikeouts during the 2022 minor league season. He was later named the Royals' 19th-best MLB prospect in their farm system following the 2022 regular season. 

Family Life

Growing up, he lived with his family in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. He is one of three siblings.
