Veteran award-winning actor and director who is best known for his recurring roles on Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Family Law, and American Crime Story. He has also appeared in TV series like I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson, Get Shorty and Good Luck Charlie and short films such as Ana's Murder and Family Gathering.

Before Fame

After receiving a Master's Degree in drama from California State University, he became associated with the renowned Asian American theatre company East West Players appearing in, and directing many of their productions.

Trivia

In June 2022, he was on The Working Actor's Journey podcast. He has appeared in productions at La Jolla Playhouse, the Mark Taper Forum, Kirk Douglas Theatre, The Cast Theatre, Berkeley Rep, A Contemporary Theatre, and Studio Theatre in Washington, D.C. 

Family Life

He grew up in the Philippines. He has been married to Emily Kuroda since 1983.
