Award-winning Filipino actor who became known for his roles in dramatic films such as Dubai and In the Name of Love. He also received a Gawad Urian Best Actor Award for his performance in the 1996 film, Sana Maulit Muli.

Before Fame

He intended to study commerce, but left college to pursue his acting career.

Family Life

In 2001, he married Charlene Gonzales, a former Miss Universe contestant. The couple had three children together, Andres, Atasha, and Iggy.
