Former outfielder for Major League Baseball who played in one season for the San Francisco Giants in 2005 before becoming a free agent and signing with the San Diego Padres in 2006. After being released by the Padres, he signed with the Chicago White Sox and finished the season and his Minor League Baseball career playing for the Double-A Birmingham Barons.
Before Fame
He attended Kiswaukee College before transferring to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he spent the 1999 and 2000 seasons playing for their team, the Huskers. He was drafted out of the university by the San Francisco Giants during the tenth round of the 2000 Major League Baseball Draft.

During his senior year at the University of Nebraska, he led his team with 60 walks and an on-base percentage of .496. He went on to play in a total of six games for the San Francisco Giants, during his single season on the team in 2005.
