The Orphanage
About
A woman purchases the orphanage that she grew up in with the intent to turn it into a home for sick children. When her own adopted son disappears she begins to hear spirits wandering the halls of the facility.
Trivia
The film was directed by J. A. Bayona. It premiered at the 2007 Cannes Film Festival and went on to win a number of Goya awards.
