About
The film follows an eight year-old dyslexic boy who moves to a new boarding school. His new art teacher is the first to suspect the boy's dyslexia is the reason for his bad grades in school and tries to help the boy.

The English title of the film is a translation of the original title Taare Zameen Par. The movie won the 2008 National Film Award for Best Film on Family Welfare.
