About
Epic western about Col. William Ludlow and his sons in their rural Montana homestead. When the family encounters tragedy during World War I, two of the sons return home and end up falling in love with the same woman. The film was directed by Edward Zwick.
Trivia
Original music for the picture was composed by James Horner. It is based upon Jim Harrison's 1979 novella of the same name.
