The NBA All-Star game is a basketball game played annually about halfway through the NBA season. In 2020, this award was officially named as the Kobe Bryant Most Valuable Player Award to honor the late Kobe Bryant.
Only two NBA players have won this award 4 times, Kobe Bryant and Bob Pettit. In 2018, the NBA allowed the top vote-getters from the Eastern and Western Conference to select the reserves for the All-Star game.
